Before your appointment, there are just a few quick administrative steps to take care of.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for paperwork.
What to bring and prepare

Previous medical records:
Please bring any relevant previous test results or medical reports to your appointment.
Even better — send them in advance by email (including your appointment date) to the department address listed in your appointment confirmation. -
Breeding examinations:
Please bring your pet’s original pedigree or family tree certificate.
If possible, send a copy by email before your visit. -
Save time on site:
To make your visit smoother, you can fill out the registration form at home and bring it along to your appointment.
